Ms. Sheetal Kushwah is the dynamic and forward-thinking Head of Digital Marketing at SRJ Groups. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Human Resources, bringing a unique combination of strategic insight and people-centric thinking to the organization’s digital transformation journey. Her leadership is pivotal in expanding SRJ Groups’ digital presence, enhancing brand visibility, and driving growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
Sheetal joined SRJ Groups with a deep passion for digital trends and consumer behavior. Her academic background has provided her with a strong foundation in both marketing strategy and HR management—allowing her to understand not only market demands but also internal team dynamics and communication. By blending creativity with data-driven analysis, she develops campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable outcomes.
In her role, she oversees the entire digital marketing ecosystem, including strategy development, SEO, paid advertising (Pay-Per-Click/PPC), content creation, social media management, email marketing, and lead nurturing programs. She also plays a key role in optimizing website performance, enhancing UX design, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels.
Under her leadership, SRJ Groups has seen a significant improvement in online engagement, brand trust, and lead generation. Using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, social media insights, and CRM platforms, she continuously improves campaign performance to meet and exceed marketing KPIs. Her initiatives have not only increased traffic to digital assets but also successfully converted leads into long-term clients.
